How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

Orders shipped from France are dropped off at the post office every morning (Monday to Friday).

Orders from abroad are shipped within 72 hours.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

All orders are processed the same evening between 23:00 and 24:00.

Do you also ship outside France?

Yes, of course. We can ship to Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course, all our shipments include the "Tracked Delivery" option (100% free of charge). When your order is processed and accepted by our shipping partner, you'll receive an e-mail containing your link and tracking number.

Who are your delivery partners?

We use mainly La Poste and DHL for deliveries in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

For Switzerland, we work with Yunexpress.

How long does delivery take?

If your order is stored in France, delivery takes place within 72 hours via La Poste.

If your order comes from abroad, delivery takes 5 to 7 days.

Is delivery free?

Our delivery is 100% free with no minimum order.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes, our delivery partners deliver on Saturday morning and afternoon. Sunday delivery is not possible.

Returns & refunds :

The strap on my watch doesn't fit. What can I do?

We offer a 14-day return policy. During this period, you can return the bracelet for a full refund. We can also help you find the right bracelet for you!

I've received a broken or damaged product. What can I do?

Don't panic, even if this type of problem is rare, it's not impossible. Send us a video of the product by e-mail (within 24 hours of delivery) and we'll send it back to you 100% at our expense.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests can take a long time. You need to take into account the delivery time for the return.

Our payment processor will credit your refund within 3 to 14 days, depending on your bank.

Who pays for the return journey?

There are two possible cases:


- you have received a broken, damaged, incomplete or non-conforming product, in which case the return and delivery of the new product are entirely at our expense.


- you wish to return your product for an exchange or refund, in which case the return is at your expense.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the 24 hours have elapsed, you can no longer cancel your order, unless it has not yet been shipped.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receipt of your package to return it. We'll give you a 100% refund.

We offer a 2-month to 1-year paid warranty, available after purchasing a product from us. This warranty covers delivery problems, theft and loss.

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

As a first step, we invite you to ask your neighbors. Also check your letterbox to see if a delivery notice has been delivered. You can also call the Post Office with your tracking number to tell them about the problem.
